It's as easy as Copy, Cut and Paste

The timeline gives you a frame-by-frame representation of your animation.

Frames or ranges of frames can be copied and pasted in the Score (timeline) using the standard control-C and control-V commands. Automatic interpolation creates natural human motion between the poses.

You can choose to paste an exact motion, or any portion of it - upper body, lower body, or any specified joint.
